Where we ship
NUKO Pets ships worldwide. Customers in the United States pay in US dollars and customers in Spain pay in euros. In other countries, prices are automatically converted to your local currency.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- United States: 7 to 14 business days after processing
- Spain: 10 to 20 business days after processing
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days after processing
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance and peak seasons can extend them.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking information can take 3 to 5 business days to start updating.
Customs and import duties
United States and Spain: all taxes and import charges are already included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
Other countries: orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, email fabioangelgf21@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate it with the carrier and either reship or refund your order.
