Shipping and tracking

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 7-14 business days to the US and Europe, and 10-20 business days to the rest of the world. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free and tracked, with no minimum spend.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships, and you can also check it on our Track Order page. The first scan can take 3-5 business days to appear. That is normal.

How do I pick the right size?
Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape and add two fingers of room.
S: 34-41 cm / 13-16 in
M: 37-46 cm / 14.5-18 in
L: 41-52 cm / 16-20.5 in
XL: 42-56 cm / 16.5-22 in
Between two sizes? Go for the larger one.

How do I charge it?
Plug it in with the USB cable that comes in the box. No batteries to buy. Battery life depends on the light mode: the flashing modes last longer than the steady glow.

Can it get wet?
It is water-resistant, so rain, puddles and wet grass are fine. Please do not submerge it or let your dog swim with it.

Orders, payments and returns

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Every payment goes through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that your order may already be on its way.

What if it arrives damaged or does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If the item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. See our Return Policy.
